Safety Dividend

The Farm Bureau SCF Arizona Dividend Group can save you on worker's compensation insurance costs. Farms, ranches and dairies that work to promote safety for their employees can be eligible to participate in the Farm Bureau safety dividend group if they are already using State Compensation Fund.

To qualify for the Farm Bureau group and potential bonus dividends, you must be a Farm Bureau member in good standing. You simply need to fill out a two-page enrollment form.

Generally, a producer can earn 30% to 60% of their SCF Arizona Dividend for being enrolled in the Farm Bureau group. For more information on all SCF Arizona matters, please contact Liz Foster at lizfoster@azfb.org or (480) 635-3611.

Note: Dividends from SCF Arizona or Farm Bureau are not implied or guaranteed and are based on loss record, claim history, and other factors.

The Card ID is a 3 or 4 digit security code that is printed on the back of your Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express Card. The number appears on the authorized signature after the last four digits of your account number.

If you are using an American Express Card, then the number is 4-digits and is located on the FRONT of the card slightly above and to the right of the end of your card number.

The Authorized Signature may contain your entire account number or just the last four digits of your account number. Either way, the Card ID will appear after the last four digits of your account number. The Card ID is used to verify that you have possession of the credit card you are attempting to use.
